Year End Online Reports

YEAR END REPORTS

Most financial institutions offer you year end summaries of your finances.  These reports will help guide you in tracking your income and expenses properly.  If you are not tracking these accounts in QuickBooks then we can assemble your information from these reports.

PAYPAL

You can import your transactions directly into QuickBooks when using paypal, however the basic download feature only imports your Gross Sales minus your Paypal Fees, it does not show your Shipping and/or Sales Tax Charged.  Below, I have outlined the different Paypal Reports depending on your needs.  If you have not done this or do not use QuickBooks, but are unsure as to which year end report you need for your paypal account,  follow these steps after you log in to your account:

CREDIT CARDS

Not all credit cards support QuickBooks integration.  Most of them do have year end summary reports that automatically categorize your spending.  These reports along with a yearly transaction report is a helpful guide for determining your business expenses.  Just like your banks, you can download information into a .CSV file that will open in Excel and send us the excel spreadsheet. If your credit card company supports QuickBooks, you can download the .iif file and email it to our office.
